We want you to love your RIXO pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached.

Register Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all RIXO tags are intact and the garment is folded neatly.

Attach the Label

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at your nearest authorized collection point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
